The Bitz brand, headed by Christian Bitz*, takes health knowledge as its starting point.
The BITZ collection consists of cutlery, tableware, bowls, glasses, vases, textiles and much, much more. The different materials create structures and colours that create contrasts in the table setting and make the meal a pleasant experience and the time spent at the table an enjoyable experience. This is one of the keys to a healthier life.
*Christian Bitz has hosted and been an expert on several Danish TV programmes, holds a master's degree in human nutrition and is head of research at Herlev and Gentofte hospitals, where he is involved in numerous research projects and patient food development.
